Order delivery

Shipping Policy

Information about order processing, shipping estimates, customs and delivery.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains the general process for dispatch and delivery. Product-specific terms in an accepted quotation or order confirmation take priority.

01

Order processing

Orders are prepared after acceptance, required verification and cleared payment or approved payment terms. Processing time depends on product availability, testing, documentation, packaging and any custom requirements. Your estimated dispatch timing will be provided in the quotation or order confirmation.

02

Shipping destinations

We may ship to destinations supported by our carriers and permitted under applicable laws and product restrictions. Shipping availability must be confirmed for each destination. We may request end-use, import or institutional information before accepting an order.

03

Shipping methods and estimates

Available carrier services and estimated transit times will be provided where possible. All dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may result from weather, carrier operations, customs, inspections, holidays, remote destinations or events outside our reasonable control.

04

Shipping charges

Shipping, insurance, handling, temperature-control packaging, taxes, duties and other charges will be displayed at checkout or stated in the quotation or invoice. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination taxes, duties, brokerage fees and import charges.

05

International orders and customs

The customer is responsible for confirming that products may lawfully be imported, possessed and used at the destination and for obtaining required permits or approvals. Customs may inspect, delay, return or seize a shipment. NoventraPeptide cannot guarantee customs clearance.

06

Temperature-sensitive shipments

When a product requires special packaging or temperature conditions, the applicable shipping method and packaging will be stated in the transaction documents. On arrival, promptly inspect the package and follow product-specific storage instructions. Temperature-control packaging does not guarantee that delays will never occur.

07

Tracking and delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available. You are responsible for supplying a complete deliverable address and ensuring an authorized recipient is available. Delivery scans and signatures supplied by the carrier may serve as evidence of delivery.

08

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible. Additional carrier costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery or unavailability may be charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

09

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If a shipment is delayed, missing or visibly damaged, notify us promptly at [email protected]. Preserve all products and packaging, take photographs and provide the order and tracking details. Do not use a product if package integrity or required storage conditions may have been compromised.

10

Risk and title

Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined by the shipping term stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. If no term is stated, insert an attorney-approved default appropriate to your business and jurisdiction: [INSERT DEFAULT SHIPPING TERM].
