How NoventraPeptide handles order issues, return requests and refund eligibility.
Last updated: July 26, 2026Because research peptides may be custom-made, temperature-sensitive or subject to handling controls, return eligibility depends on the product, condition and circumstances.
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Confirm the product name, quantity, lot number, packaging condition and applicable storage requirements. Report a suspected issue as soon as reasonably possible and within [INSERT CLAIM PERIOD] after delivery.
Do not ship a product back without written authorization and return instructions from NoventraPeptide. Contact [email protected] with your order number, product and lot details, description of the issue, photographs and any relevant carrier documentation.
Subject to applicable law, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged before delivery or supplied incorrectly by us:
If our review confirms that a product was damaged before delivery, materially defective, or different from the accepted order, we may—at our option and as permitted by law—replace it, issue an account credit or refund the eligible amount. Additional technical review or return of the product may be required.
Preserve the external carton, labels, insulation, cold packs, containers and product. Provide clear photographs and notify us promptly. Failure to preserve evidence may prevent a carrier claim and affect the remedies available.
Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Catalog orders may be cancellable only before processing or dispatch. Custom or made-to-order projects may not be cancellable after work, material procurement or production begins. Any approved cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred, as disclosed and permitted by law.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Financial institutions may require additional processing time. Shipping, duties and third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from our error.
If we authorize a return, written instructions will identify the destination, packaging and carrier requirements. Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for return and applicable law. Do not return regulated or hazardous material through an unauthorized service.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be waived. Where mandatory law provides greater rights, that law will apply.
